SAPEN adalah salah satu produk yang dibangunkan oleh Institut Penyelidikan Veterinar (VRI). Ia adalah antigen yang dinyahaktifkan menggunakan strain Salmonella Pullorum dan Salmonella Enteritidis yang diwarnakan dengan kristal violet untuk mengesan antibodi Salmonella pada unggas. Setiap botol mengandungi 25ml antigen bagi kegunaan dalam 800 ujian.

Harga: RM 35.00 / sebotol

Bagi setiap pembelian, anda boleh membuat pengambilan sendiri di VRI atau anda boleh memilih menggunakan perkhidmatan kurier. Kurier PosLaju akan digunakan dan cajnya adalah seperti berikut:
1-80 botol: RM 70.00
81-200 botol: RM 120.00
> 200 botol: RM 170.00 ++

Sekiranya anda mempunyai akaun dengan perkhidmatan kurier lain (hanya DHL) dan bercadang untuk menanggung sendiri caj kurier, sila maklumkan kepada kami.

Pembayaran boleh dilakukan secara tunai, wang pos atau cek. Sekiranya pembayaran dibuat secara cek, pastikan bayaran dibuat secara dua cek berasingan. Satu untuk kos SAPEN dan yang berikutnya adalah untuk caj penghantaran. Untuk pengesahan, kami akan menghubungi anda setelah anda mengisi borang ini. Penghantaran akan dilakukan setelah Seksyen Kewangan VRI menerima pembayaran. Tarikh luput produk adalah 2 tahun selepas tarikh pembuatan. SAPEN is one of the product developed by Veterinary Research Institute (VRI). You are welcome to make self pick-up at VRI or you're available to choose courier services. The courier will be using PosLaju and the charge are as followed:

If you have an account with any of the other courier services (only DHL) and would like to bare the courier charges, please let us know.

Payment should be done by cash, wang pos or cheque. If the payment made by cheque, please make it into two separate cheques. One for SAPEN's cost and the next one is for delivery charges. After you fill out this order request, we will contact you to go over details and availability before the order is completed. Delivery process will be done once the payment receive by our Finance Section. Product expiry date is 2 years after the manufactured date.
